What Luca is

Luca is a bookkeeping platform operated by your accountant. It connects to your QuickBooks Online company, keeps your books organized, and gives you a portal with your numbers, reports, and a direct channel to your accountant.

Your account

Access is by invitation from your accountant. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts that put other clients' data or the service at risk.

Your data

Your financial data belongs to you. Luca reads from and writes to your QuickBooks company only to provide the bookkeeping service you engaged, and every change is logged. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your QuickBooks account settings, and you can ask for your data to be deleted.

The service

We work to keep Luca available and correct, and we show you where every number comes from. The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Bookkeeping outputs are prepared with care but do not replace advice from a licensed professional for tax or legal decisions.
