What we collect
Your name and email when you are invited, and the financial data of your company that you authorize through QuickBooks Online (reports, transactions, customers, vendors). Files you or your accountant upload, and the questions and answers exchanged in the portal.
What we use it for
Only to provide the bookkeeping service: keeping your books current, preparing your reports and monthly close, and answering your questions. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, ever.
How it is protected
Data lives in access-controlled databases where each company can only be seen by its own users and your accountant. QuickBooks connection tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone. Every change Luca makes in QuickBooks is recorded in an audit log.
Who else touches it
Luca runs on Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and storage), both in the United States, and connects to Intuit QuickBooks under your authorization. If AI features are enabled for your account, excerpts needed for the requested analysis are processed by Anthropic. These providers process data to run the service and nothing else.
Your choices
You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your QuickBooks account, ask for a copy of your data, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to adriel@runluca.com and it happens.
